Councillor Bob Woodman

Bob has lived in Littlehampton for 30 years and has worked in two schools in the town. She was a teacher for 33 years, mostly in West Sussex, except for a three year contract in Zambia. Bob retired from her last teaching post, a 10 year Headship, in July 2020.

In her role as a Head Teacher, there were always decisions to be made and projects to manage and complete. She was the representative for the locality on the West Sussex Primary Head Teachers’ Executive Committee, so is used to canvassing opinion and making sure that people’s views are heard.

Bob has enjoyed working with colleagues on Littlehampton Town Council since the by-election in 2021 and is looking forward to all the excitement that Arun District Council may bring!
