Billy Blanchard-Cooper has lived and worked in Littlehampton for over thirty years. He was first elected to Littlehampton Town Council representing Beach Ward in 2015 and subsequently re-elected in 2019 and 2023.
During this time, he served two years as Littlehampton Town Mayor, from May 2017 to May 2019.
Following this he was elected to Arun District Council in 2019 to represent the Brookfield Ward and was elected in 2023 to represent Beach Ward.
Billy is well known for his love of Littlehampton and in particular the Windmill Theatre and Mewsbrook Park.
