2.	Declarations of Interest Members and Officers are reminded to make any declarations of pecuniary, personal and/or prejudicial interests that they may have in relation to items on this agenda and are reminded that they should re-declare their interest before consideration of the item or as soon as the interest becomes apparent. Members and officers should make their declaration by stating : a) the item they have the interest in b) whether it is a pecuniary, personal and/or prejudicial c) the nature of the interest

4.	Exempt Information The Committee is asked to consider passing the following resolution: - That under Section 100a (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and accredited representatives of newspapers be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act by virtue of the paragraph specified against the items.

Licensing Act 2003, Section 17 - Application for a New premises licence View the reasons why item 5. is restricted The Authority is in receipt of an application for a NEW Premises Licence for a premises trading as the Pop In, located at 14 High Street, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 5EE. It has been requested that the application be held in exempt business due to ongoing investigations. This report has been reproduced following the adjournment of the Licensing Sub-Committee on 14 August 2023.

Licensing Act 2003 , S51 Application for Review of a Premises Licence View the reasons why item 6. is restricted The Authority is in receipt of an application to review a premises licence for a premises known as Pop In, 14 High Street, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 5EE. It has been requested that the application be held in exempt business due to ongoing investigations. This report has been reproduced following the adjournment of the Licensing Sub-Committee on 14 August 2023.
