Declarations of interest for agenda item 'Feedback on Presentations Relating to Bognor Regis Regeneration'
- Councillor Hugh Coster - Open Minded - A Personal Interest and confirmed that he wished to make this meeting aware that prior to his role as a District Councillor he had been involved and engaged with the community in his area with regard to regeneration through the Bognor Regis Civic Society and that the understanding he gained from his experiences with the Civic Society had caused him to make comments in connection with or in accordance with these subject matters. These were Councillor Coster’s views that he held at the time and so he wished to make it clear that he had an open mind regarding these items and that he would listen and consider all the relevant issues and interests presented and would then reach his decision on merit. Councillor Coster asked that this Personal Interest and Declaration be recorded in the minutes of this meeting.
- Councillor Sandra Daniells - Personal - One of the submission is by a family member through his company, Plaza Cinemas. The member has no percuniary interest and would like to stay for discussion on the item and will not be voting.
- Councillor Steve Goodheart - Personal - Knows the Managing Director of Juice Architects and is co-founder of 4BR but is no longer involved in a professional capacity and has no percuniary interests.
- Councillor Tony Dixon - Open Minded - Prior to my role as a District Councillor I engaged with our community regarding regeneration for our area through the Bognor Regis Civic Society. However, I have an open mind regarding this item and I will listen and consider all the relevant issues and interests presented to the Council today and I confirm I will reach any decision on merit when I hear any argument from all sides. For the record, I ask to declare my role at the Bognor Regis Civic Society as a personal interest and that this declaration be recorded in the minutes of the meeting.
