by Full Council in September 2017. The primary objectives of the
plan are to:
• Increase the housing stock.
• Ensure housing assets are fit for purpose.
• Maximise income and make the best use of available
resources.
This updated briefing highlights challenges for the Housing Revenue
Account in the short to medium term.
