The Regulation 19 Publication stage for the
Gypsy & Traveller Development Plan Document Plan (DPD) is
scheduled for public consultation in the Summer 2023 (Arun Local
Development Scheme 2023). The evidence work in support means the
consultation is slipped to Winter 2023 and will need to be approved
at Planning Policy Committee on 28 November 2023 for a 6 week
consultation. Following consultation, the DPD can be approved by
Full Council for submission to the Secretary of State for
examination.
