Councillor Simon McDougall

Simon has 25 years’ experience as a Councillor. He is married with two children and has lived in Bognor Regis all of his life. He coaches Fathers who are struggling with their mental health and environmental wellbeing.  

He was previously Leader of the Opposition at Arun District Council between 2003 and 2011 and was also the Chairman of Arun Leisure Centre Management Committee. He was also a member of the Planning Committee for many years and has extensive experience in Licensing, Licensing appeals and Member appeals panels.
