This report outlines the general approach proposed to achieve a balanced budget over the next four years alongside some of the proposed actions of the interim Joint Chief Executives to address the predicted net revenue budget shortfall.

The savings strategy is based on undertaking a number of key tasks in each of the next four years and these are set out in more detail in the report.
