A proposal for Arun District Council to invest
in the refurbishment of the upper floors of Bognor Regis Arcade to
create residential accommodation. The proposal will be dependant on
a grant from the Brownfield Land Release Fund and will require Arun
District Council to invest the project delivery capital on the
basis of a revenue return in the long term. The proposal will also
seek to reduce the current maintenance liability caused by the
upper floors being dilapidated.
