This report is to inform the number of Housing Ombudsman Complaints Maladministration cases received in the last two years and to note their recommendations.

This report is complying with the Housing & Wellbeing Committee information request which has the responsibility to monitor and consider Ombudsman investigation reports and other complaints made.

As well as the Housing Ombudsman Code under good practice to show demonstration of learning in annual reports.
