The Housing and Wellbeing Committee will consider a report ‘Review of Housing Revenue Account and Improvement Plan’ at its meeting on 6 December 2022. The Housing and Wellbeing Committee report contains a number of recommendations which have financial implications for the Council. Under the Council Constitution, the Housing and Wellbeing Committee resolutions are subject to Policy and Finance Committee and Full Council confirmation of finances being available. This report recommends that Policy and Finance Committee approve the finance subject to Full Council approval.
