Our current Homelessness Strategy expired in 2021. All Local Authorities are legally required to have an up-to-date Homelessness Strategy in place. To ensure compliance with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 (as amended), this report will seek agreement to extend the current strategy until the new Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy 2023 - 2028 has been adopted.
