strategy and approach Southern Water propose within the wastewater
catchments; along with the main scale and type of investment; the
prioritisation they are giving them and investment timings. It
further discusses any partnership opportunities and touches briefly
on the situation with respect to DEFRAs intentions towards storm
overflows. The headline aspects officers have identified as issues
to be raised as a result are contained in the Council’s
proposed response, which will be published before the
