This report presents Part 1 of the Brownfield
Land Register (BLR) which the Sub-Committee is asked to note as an
evidence base document. The report also considers whether any
suites are suitable for promoting to part 2 of the BLR i.e. for
permission in principle (for housing development) and the process
and timescale proposed.
