The sundry debts write off policy needs to be updated to ensure that the write off limits are applied consistently to all sundry debts and that the delegations are also consistent with the requirements of the Constitution. It is also a requirement of the Council’s Constitution that the policy is updated and subsequently approved by Policy & Finance committee.
