Consider the remuneration to be paid for the post of Chief
Executive and look at all elements of the remuneration package,
which are not set nationally or by overall Council policy,
including fixed salary, variable pay elements and any additional
benefits and to also ensure that such decisions are taken in a
transparent manner and made available publicly in a suitable
format. The Committee shall meet at least annually, undertake
periodic reviews of the pay and remuneration of the Chief Executive
and make recommendations to Full Council.
