Authority is granted for Legal Services to
execute a lease extension of 90 years for Ms xxx of xx Wick Farm
Road. A premium of £4,180 has been agreed, plus the payment
of £1,000 in legal fees.
This authority is exercised under Constitution Part 7, Section 2,
Paragraph 2.1.1, which allows officers to act on behalf of the
council in all matters relating to Housing Revenue Account (HRA)
properties.
To progress a formal lease extension as
requested by the leaseholder, in line with the Leasehold Reform,
Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and the Council’s
responsibilities as the freeholder.
